A new series 10 beer and wine store license is being sought for Rapid Refuel, a Mesa convenience store.

The Mesa City Council at a meeting Nov. 17 voted 6-0 with Councilmember Francisco Heredia absent to make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for the approval of the license for Rapid Refuel LLC, 6951 S. Southern Ave.

Meagan Jean Nelson is the agent.

There is no existing license at this location.
