An industrial flex property at 4220 E. McDowell Road in Mesa recently sold for $5.25 million.
The transaction was completed by Mark Cassell, Landon McKernan, Cameron Miller and Joe Jones of the LevRose Industrial Team, which exclusively represented the seller throughout the sale process, according to a release.
The property includes a 20,544-square-foot industrial flex building on 2.37 acres and was constructed in 2006. It has block construction and approximately 15,494 square feet of office space, it states.
“Our team was honored to represent the seller in this transaction,” Cassell said. “We had great rapport with the buyer’s agent, Gary Cornish of Newmark, which helped secure the building for his user prior to hitting the market.”
