Three-building industrial campus near Interstate 10 is expected to be completed in 2027

Project partners and officials break ground on Avondale Tech Center, a 38-acre industrial development near Interstate 10 at 117th Avenue and Corporate Drive. The three-building campus will total about 700,000 square feet and is expected to be completed in 2027.

Construction has begun on Avondale Tech Center, a three-building industrial campus that will bring about 700,000 square feet of new manufacturing and industrial space to Avondale.

Creation, a real estate development and investment firm, is developing the 38-acre project in partnership with a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital.

Project partners, investors and city officials gathered Wednesday for a ceremonial groundbreaking.
