Posted

Registered voters in Litchfield Park have a variety of options for casting their ballots in the Nov. 3 election.

The ballot drop box at Litchfield Park City Hall, 214 W. Wigwam Blvd., opened today, Oct. 19, for those who don’t want to wait until in-person Vote Centers in the city open at the end of the month.

Residents can drop off their signed and dated ballot envelopes at City Hall from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, Oct. 19-23 and Oct. 26-30; 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2; 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.

There are no assigned precinct locations in Maricopa County; registered voters can visit any Vote Center or ballot drop box location that’s open any time through Election Day. Voters also have until Friday, Oct. 23 to request a ballot by mail; Maricopa County elections officials advise mailing them back at least six days before Election Day or dropping them at any Vote Center or drop box site.

Those who prefer to cast their ballots in person can do so at any open in-person vote center Valleywide. Vote Centers in Litchfield Park are:

• Church at Litchfield Park, 300 N. Old Litchfield Road, will be open for in-person voting and ballot drop-off from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday, Oct. 28-31; 9 am.-5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2; 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3

• Litchfield Elementary School District Support Services Building A, 18921 W. Thomas Road, will be open for in-person voting and ballot drop-off from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2; 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Hours at all sites are subject to change, according to Maricopa County elections officials.
