An Earnhardt Service Center is proposed for 1488 E. Motorplex Loop, Gilbert, on what is now vacant land being used for temporary parking. The proposal calls for a 42,973-square-foot automotive service center in one building on 8.03 acres. It includes 34 interior service bays, a car wash, vehicle photography studio, and supply storage areas. No opening date has been announced. www.nobull.com
