The building is designed to have 50-foot internal clear heights between bays, which results in an overall building height of a maximum of 60 feet.

DSV Legacy Business Park is to be constructed on the north side of the 9200 to 9800 blocks of East Pecos Road in Mesa.

DSV Air & Sea Inc. — a Danish transport and logistics company — is building a regional corporate headquarters and distribution hub at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport with 1.7 million square feet of warehouse, truck courts and logistics space.

The planned look and landscaping for the DSV Legacy Business Park industrial development on 88 acres north of Pecos Road and east of Ellsworth Road were discussed Oct. 17 by the Mesa Design Review Board. No formal action was taken by the board. Chair Scott Thomas was absent.

Primary access will be from Pecos Road with truck-only egress to Ellsworth Road.
