Now Open

A new 1,550 square-foot Little Caesars location officially opened on Nov. 20 at 5929 W Peoria Ave., Suite 104. The new pizzeria is providing free pizza for a year to the Vineyard Food & Clothing Bank, which is less than a mile west at Vineyard Church North Phoenix.

100% Chiropractic opened on Dec. 30 at 20004 N. 67th Ave., Suite 502, Glendale. It provides chiropractic care for infants to seniors and believes in natural wellness care and long-term chiropractic corrective care to prevent the bigger aches, pains, and sicknesses. Niu Mama Kitchens recently opened at 4339 N. Glendale Ave. It involves multiple restaurants all under one roof — Saito’s Japanese Steakhouse, Sumo Snow, Chido MX and Pinay Good-Eats.

Cindy’s Beauty Salon recently opened at 8820 N 43rd Ave., Glendale.

Opening Soon

The Back Nine Golf will open this month at 5775 W. Bell Road, Suite 13 in Glendale. The indoor golf simulator business offers golf enthusiasts a state-of-the-art facility to practice, play, and improve their game—anytime, day. The Back Nine is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A new Lovet location, the first one in Glendale, will soon open at 5130 W. Thunderbird Road in Glendale. It includes animal hospital and grooming services.

Property Lease

In October, Acanthus Development announced it has reached an agreement on five ground leases to build and manage senior housing communities on parish campuses throughout the Valley. St. Benedict Catholic Church in Ahwatukee is slated to be the first of five planned locations for senior housing in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, with construction anticipated to begin in April 2025. Each senior community is expected to be 150 rooms. Plans are underway for senior living housing on the campus of St. Raphael Catholic Church 5525 W. Acoma Drive in Glendale.
