Monday, One Step Beyond, Inc., provider of programs and services for adults with intellectual disabilities for more than 20 years in Valley and California, announced the promotion of Jeff Swanson as its chief executive officer.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience across nonprofit operations, development and community engagement, Swanson most recently served as executive director of administration at the Peoria-based organization.
He oversaw daily operations and improved organizational efficiencies to support strategic growth. Prior to that, he served was executive director of Arizona development and communications at OSBI, leading fundraising efforts that supported the expansion and renovation of multiple Valley campuses in Peoria, Surprise and Scottsdale.
