This week Mark-Taylor Residential announced the addition of Somerset, a new multifamily community in Glendale, to its portfolio.

This upscale development puts residents near Glendale’s sporting events and entertainment venues.

Developed by Ridgehouse Companies, Somerset is at 7811 N. 99th Ave., near Gila River Arena, State Farm Stadium, Park West Shopping District and the Westgate Entertainment District.

Each studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom home at Somerset is crafted with ample natural light, wood-style plank flooring and ceilings ranging from 8 to 11 feet high. Bathrooms feature custom-tiled walk-in showers with glass doors, while Sensi WiFi thermostats allow for temperature control from anywhere with a mobile app.

Amenities include a resort-style pool, pickleball court, clubroom, game room, movie theater room, indoor fitness center, golf simulator, electric vehicle charging stations, and a state-of-the-art podcast studio.

“Our vision with Somerset is to go beyond simply providing a place to live; we are building a community that truly feels like home,” said Ora Parker, associate managing director at Mark-Taylor Companies. “Somerset fosters a genuine sense of belonging.”
