Glendale invites the community to an evening of music, lights, and holiday cheer as part of the Downtown Glendale Live Concert Series.

From 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 20, visitors can enjoy an energetic performance from The Lucky Devils, known for their mix of today’s pop hits and festive seasonal favorites.

Set against the backdrop of Glendale Glitters, this concert brings another attraction to one of the city’s most established holiday traditions. Families, friends, and music lovers are encouraged to gather in downtown at 58th Avenue and Glendale Drive.

“Do something different, turn off the TV,” stated Glendale Mayor Jerry P. Weiers. “Grab the family, pack up the car, and head to Downtown Glendale to celebrate the season and make memories.”

Admission is free, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early and bring lawn chairs. Downtown Glendale restaurants will be open, as will food trucks.

Millions of lights in Glendale Glitters will continue nightly, from 5 to 10 p.m., through Wednesday, Dec. 31. Santa Claus will be at Santa’s Village starting at 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, and Saturday, Dec. 20, at 5836 W Palmaire Ave.
