Lincoln sells one building, leases two others at Luke Field project in Glendale

Lincoln Property Company, which has an office in Phoenix, sold out all of its 1.1 million square foot Luke Field campus June 29.

The 2.4 million-square-foot Luke Field development in Glendale is now fully occupied, as Lincoln Property Company executed two full-building leases at its property Monday.

This global, full-service real estate firm operates the Class A, three building, LEED-certified logistics campus at 13543 A and 13543 B Northern Ave., and 7733 Litchfield Road.
