Hair salons move into Glendale, 7 Brew plans debut

Salad and Go customers were lined up for lobby service and in the drive-thru Aug. 5 in Glendale after the chain announced its shutdown the day prior. An auction shows the owners of 7 Brew Coffee had the winning bid to buy most stores. This store is not planned for conversion but another one at 9121 W. Glendale Ave., will become a 7 Brew.

The following businesses are new to Glendale or about to make changes to their location in the city:
NOW OPEN
Arizona Hair Co. moved from 51st Avenue and Cactus Road to Glendale on Bell Road. Formerly the site of Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, the address is 7410 W. Bell Road, Suite 310. Arizona Hair opened in August.
It's A Vibe Hair Studio has also relocated to Glendale, opening in early AUgust. The store is at 6376 W. Bell Road, SUite 4.
Tacos Delicias opened under new ownership this summer at 5025 W. Olive Ave.
MOVING
Chick-fil-A will be built on the current site of Family Dental Station. at 5664 W. Bell Road Ownership of Family Dental said the practice will stay in Glendale but move into a bigger location west of 60th Avenue and Bell in January.
CONVERTING
One of the two former locations of Salad and Go in Glendale will be converted into a 7 Brew in the coming months, at 9121 W Glendale Ave. The former location at 18573 N. 59th Ave., is remaining vacant. 7 Bew paid $123 million to purchase more than 60 Salad and Go locations in multiple stated, beating out a bid by Dutch Bros. 7 Brew buildings are the same size as Salad and Go so only minor changes are needed to retrofit the stores.
