Westgate Entertainment District will celebrate Independence Day by offering a free, family-friendly patriotic event on July 4th.
Firework Fest will feature free airbrush tattoos, a pop-up splash zone with classically restored fire trucks, dining deals throughout the center, an open-air beer garden with live music, games, and, of course, a fireworks spectacular. The event starts at 6 p.m. Friday, July 4 at Westgate.
Musical guests will be country music’s Honeygirl and the DJ/saxophone fusion duo DJ MixedKid x The Sunflower King.
The firework display will launch from the southeast at 9 p.m., offering views from the east side of the district. Westgate’s newly resurfaced splash pad will also be operating in Fountain Park.
This event is free parking is also free at all open lots in the district.
Westgate Entertainment District is a no drone zone. Unauthorized drone flight is prohibited. Personal fireworks are strictly prohibited within Westgate and the city of Glendale.
