Of the 40 agenda items, 27 are either consent agenda and consent resolutions and two more are procedural at the beginning of the meeting.
Before the consent agenda begins, the council will consider the appointment of Lynda Pacheco-Martinez and Jaclyn Nguyen to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission through Jan. 31, 2025.
The council will vote on five ordinances on Sept. 10. They are:

Providing the city the option to sell 2.75 acres at 4701 W. Glendale Ave., to CivicGroup, doing business as Courthouse, LLC, for $1. This parcel includes now defunct infrastructure that had been previously installed for the development of a city courthouse.
