Gilbert gas station and car wash changes hands

A Shell Station with car wash in downtown Gilbert has been sold, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

An entity tracing to Munir Dakhil acquired the Shell and Quick & Shine Carwash at 777 S. Gilbert Road on June 7 for $6.5 million from an entity tracing to Mukesh Sharma, with $1.58 million down and two loans totaling $5.33 million with Western Alliance Bank.

The station and car wash is 6,265 square feet in two buildings built in 2000 on 1.36 acres zoned general commercial. The station as six islands with a total of 12 pumps.
