An entity tracing to Kwik Corner acquired a  Corner Store property at 831 E. Warner Road, Gilbert, on April 11 for $1.43 million from an entity tracing to Richard Lee Matz, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

There was no debt recorded with the sale. 

The 2,166-square-foot gas station includes a single-tenant building built in 1999  and four fueling stations under a canopy on 1.38 acres.
