Cushman & Wakefield announced Jan. 23 that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Commerce @ 303, a premier 663,367-square-foot Class A industrial property and adjacent entitled, shovel-ready 32.6-acre development site at 5215 N. Alsup Road in Glendale
EQT, a large private equity investors, acquired the property from New York Life Real Estate Investors and SteelWave.
Developed by SteelWave, Commerce @ 303 showcases the firm’s ability to deliver institutional-quality industrial projects. Completed in 2022, the Class A facility was designed for modern logistics users and successfully leased to well-capitalized third-party logistics operators.
