When Dr. Joseph Caplan opened his practice he hoped he had a sustainable business model that would create more personal relationships between patients and staff. Now, 40 years later, he still believes in the Cardiac Solutions business model.
“It’s been an amazing journey,” he said.
Caplan opened his practice in 1984 at two locations, in Sun City and Glendale, and said he barely dreamed of an enterprise with 280 employees and more than 25 providers, cardiologists and advanced practice practitioners with four full-service locations and an expanding office.
