BPR Companies officially broke ground in March on EQT Real Estate Commerce 303, a 497,234-square-foot cross-dock speculative warehouse in Glendale’s expanding industrial corridor.
The project is situated on a 70-acre site at 15600 W. Camelback Road, positioned to serve the growing logistics and distribution needs of the West Valley.
Commerce 303 is designed to meet the demands of modern industrial users and will feature 40-foot clear heights, tilt-up concrete construction and a hybrid panelized roof system. The facility will provide efficiency, flexibility, and scalability for distribution and logistics operators.
