Autism therapy center to open new location in Glendale

2nd Glendale clinic will serve 36 full-time clients

Autism Education & Therapy Center will open a new location in Glendale.

The new facility will expand Autism ETC’s mission to provide applied behavior analysis therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder.

With this new facility, Autism ETC will triple the number of families it is able to serve in the Phoenix area.

The new site is at 9208 N. 43rd Ave., and is expected to open in November.

Autism ETC provides care and support for children and adolescents living with ASD to help them enter or re-enter the classroom successfully. The company can now provide applied behavior analysis therapy and parent classes to equip parents with tools they need to continue helping their children at home.

Autism ETC has helped more than 20 families during the past two years since opening its first location in Glendale, at 5422 W. Thunderbird Road, Suite 2, in 2021.

"Our mission at Autism ETC is to provide premier ABA therapy for individuals with autism and to provide the tools and resources they need to succeed in a school-like setting," Autism ETC Executive Director Rhonda Manous said in a news release. "We are thrilled to be opening our new, larger location in Glendale.”

Autism ETC’s newest clinic location in Arizona will occupy a renovated, historic bank building located at the intersection of 43rd Avenue and Olive Ave./Dunlap Ave., and will feature private therapy rooms, shared classrooms, and indoor and outdoor recreation spaces.

At maximum capacity, the clinic will serve 36 full-time clients, representing a 300% increase over Autism ETC’s current capacity in Glendale.

Autism ETC is also looking to hire additional staff members. Qualified applicants for either the BCBA or RBT position should apply online here.

Visit autismetc.com or call the clinic directly at 602-842-7218.
