New owners buy recently built Glendale Dutch Bros.


GF Property 4, LLC recently purchased purchased a Dutch Bros. Coffee at 5960 W. Northern Ave., Glendale for $2,884,615 in cash from CVP-Northern AZ, LLC c/o Cole Valley Partners.

Chris Hollenbeck and Shane Carter of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. The drive thru coffee shop will stay open through the sale.
