Glen 91, a gated apartment community near Westgate, is now open.
The 296-unit community is located on a 10-acre parcel along Glendale Ave between 91st Avenue and 89th Avenue in Glendale. Adjacent to the property is the 223-acre Westgate Entertainment District.
“We are very excited to open the doors at Glen 91,” Rick Huffman, HCW president and CEO, shared in a statement. “This is our second development in the Westgate area after opening the Aloft Glendale at Westgate hotel in July 2019.”
