OPINION — The federal government recently issued new operating guidelines to reduce Colorado River deliveries to the Lower Basin states by 1.25 million acre-feet in both 2027 and 2028. Under the state’s proposed sharing agreement, Arizona would take the largest reduction.
That is serious. It requires continued conservation and smart investments.

I have had issues with stuttering in my life and thought that Brown made great points that the media has consistently portrayed stuttering as a negative or undesirable way of speaking.
