The plans for a previously announced bar and restaurant for the Heritage District have changed. Restaurateur Charles Barber Jr. will now open a new concept. Rosewood, in January at 366 N. Gilbert Road, Gilbert. The new restaurant will offer a chef-driven menu and upscale dining atmosphere including a late-night lounge.
