Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy is giving its Gilbert restaurant an update. The restaurant, located at 211 E. Warner Road, closed after business hours Sept. 7 and is scheduled to reopen as early as Sept. 25.
The remodel will include new furniture, fresh paint and more. The 13-year-old restaurant's refreshed look will blend Over Easy’s signature modern diner atmosphere with an updated design.
To celebrate the reopening, Over Easy will host a special Welcome Weekend on Sept. 27-28. Guests can enjoy penny mimosas with the purchase of an entrée (limit one per guest), along with live music, face painting for kids and exciting giveaways throughout the weekend.
