Portillo's in Gilbert is sold

An entity tracing to Gabriel G. Saia Jr. acquired the Portillo's at 2650 S. Market St. on April 16 for $3 million from an entity in care of Macerich, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

There was no debt recorded with the sale.

The 7,670-square-foot restaurant is in a single-story, single-tenant buidling built in 2022 on 2.90 acres. It has a double-lane drive-thru and about 105 parking spaces.
