An entity Greenfield Lakes Entertainment, LLC, purchased Greenfield Lakes Golf Course and Club on Oct. 24 for $7.07 million, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

The sale was made with $4.57 million down and $2.5 million seller-carried, The seller entity is Anderson Property Management, LLC.

This 18-hole golf course has a 2,204-square-foot clubhouse and 5,509 square feet of golf-cart repair garages built in 1999 on 97.66 acres of land. This golf course is considered a par 62.
