The restaurants were Birdcall, 2220 S. San Tan Village Parkway; Cooper's Hawk Winery, 2290 S. San Tan Village Parkway; and Shimogamo Sushi & Grill, 2320 S. San Tan Village Parkway.
An entity tied to Landmark Companies purchased a 29% interest in the properties while LeSueur Investments retained a 71% interest through three transactions totaling $14.69 million from an entity also tracing to LeSueur Investments.

Birdcall is a 2,843-square-feet fast-casual restaurant with drive thru while Cooper's Hawk Winery is 10,655 square feet and Shimogamo Sushi & Grill is 6,859 square feet.
