On the heels of a couple of regular meeting nights that had a relatively light workload, the Chandler Unified Governing Board has a few more items to tackle on the afternoon and evening of Wednesday, Aug. 19.
There are only two separate action items on the agenda for the 6:30 p.m. regular meeting, set to be held at Chandler’s district offices, 1525 W. Frye Road. But there are some early-meeting presentations and there’s a 5:30 p.m. topic-specific study session.
The action items are both annual steps. There’s approval of the district’s 2026-27 capital plan, due to be submitted to the Arizona School Facilities Division by Sept. 1.
