Ayoub‑linked entity buys Gilbert industrial yard

An entity tracing to Fred Ayoub and associates acquired the industrial yard property at 1470 W. Melody Drive in Gilbert on Feb. 6 from an entity tracing to Craig Hills, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The sale price was $2.34 million.

The buyer recorded $1.84 million in new debt with WestStar Bank as part of the transaction.
