The Pan de Vida Foundation is hosting its 12th Annual Health Fair to provide families in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley and the surrounding areas with health screenings and education.
The fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Queen Creek Library, 21802 E. Ellsworth Road.
The aim of the fair is to safeguard the health of families who are unable to provide services for themselves.
The fair also will have entertainment for kids, raffles, prizes and food trucks.
Pan de Vida Foundation is a nonprofit 501 (C) (3) that works to improve the health of the children, senior citizens and families within the community.

Pan de Vida Foundation was founded in 2003 with the Queen Creek Senior Citizens Center in partnership with the town of Queen Creek. At the same time, Meals for the Hungry and Homeless was started. A food bank was later created thanks to Bashas’.
