The city of Chandler has announced a new project known as Ten56. It’s a 180,000-square-foot speculative industrial building on a currently vacant corner in west Chandler.
Developed by STAG Industrial and Becknell Industrial, the building will be located less than a mile from the I-10-Loop 202 interchange at the southwest corner of 56th Street and Chandler Boulevard.
Construction is anticipated to start after the project gets through the city’s development plan review process, with delivery to tenants targeted for August 2027.
