Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced the sale of a two-building industrial park near Chandler Municipal Airport.

Real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has announced the sale of a two-building industrial park near Chandler Municipal Airport.

South Valley Business Park is the two buildings on the southeast corner of Germann Road and East Northrup Boulevard that total almost 144,000 square feet, according to a news release.

The complex is next to the Avion Center and is between Cooper and McQueen roads.
