An entertainment use permit to continue to allow live indoor and outdoor entertainment at Tipsy Egg and The Uncommon south of the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard has been approved by the Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission.
The Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 Aug. 21 on a consent agenda with other items to approve the permit. Vice Chair Sherri Koshiol and Commissioner Kyle Barichello were absent.
The dual restaurant concept of Tipsy Egg and The Uncommon offers various entertainment activities, which include background music as well as indoor and outdoor live performances, Associate Planner Mikayela Liburd wrote in a memo to the commission.
