South Chandler home sells for $2.755 million

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the $2.755 million sale of a luxury single-level residence on the fifth hole of Ocotillo Golf Club in Chandler.

The firm wrote, in a news release, that the figure marked the third largest sale within the Ocotillo Golf Club community and it's the highest-priced home to sell in the community in the last 17 years.

The deal closed on Jan. 29, the release states.

The home is located in the gated private community of Crown Point with 11 custom-built homes on a peninsula. The views include 40-plus acres of multiple lakes and the golf course.

The home was built in 2001. It has among the most views of the golf course of any in the community.

The 6,486-square-foot home is surrounded by the golf course lake on three sides. A long Romeo and Juliet balcony allows residents and guests to enjoy an entire 180-degree view of the course.

There is also a glass-tiled, negative-edge pool and spa. An 834-square-foot guest house also sits along the water.

Inside the main home, there are four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that feature Cantera stone and hardwood floors. The split floorplan offers vaulted ceilings and generous walkways with no steps inside.

There are also large windows throughout and Cantera fireplaces.

Other notable features include a primary suite with full dual closets and bathrooms, each offering its own vanity, as well as a large bathtub and individual showers, featuring the Cantera stone again.

The home’s library offers floor-to-ceiling bookcases.

The home also offers a wet bar and full poker table. There is also a four-car garage with space for storage.
