Sawtooth Bar and Grill in Chandler receives entertainment use permit

An entertainment use permit has been approved to continue to allow for live indoor entertainment, speakers and TV screens for Sawtooth Bar and Grill in Chandler.

The Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 Aug. 21 on a consent agenda with other items to approve the permit for the business at the southeast corner of Ray and Rural roads subject to the conditions as recommended by planning staff. Vice Chair Sherri Koshiol and Commissioner Kyle Barichello were absent.

The initial use permit was issued in 2017 with a one-year time limit. The most recent approval was issued in 2019 with a three-year time limit, Associate Planner Mikayela Liburd wrote in a memo to the commission.
