Reader agrees West Valley transit needs to be a priority

I read Sharon Hettick’s opinion, West Valley transit needs to prioritize safety, affordability, access, and I completely agree!

I take public transportation now, and the buses stop running into Youngtown at 8 p.m. That takes a toll on me finding my way back home.

El Mirage gets buses only twice a day. As it is, I have to walk to 111th Avenue and Wisconsin to catch the bus from my house at 119th Avenue and Thunderbird.
