New logistics, manufacturing being built near Chandler Airport

Avion Square is a 39,620-square-foot, ground-up build designed for future tenants located at Germann and Cooper Roads. The project’s groundbreaking was in early March and it’s expected to be ready for tenants in January 2027.

Sun State Builders announced it broke ground March 6 on a new warehouse and office facility in the Chandler Airpark area.
Avion Square is a 39,620-square-foot, ground-up build designed for future tenants located at Germann and Cooper Roads, according to a news release.

The “spec” building adjacent to the airport will offer flex space available for one or multiple tenants, the release states.
