A free community event for families, featuring activities for all ages, is set for Saturday morning, Dec. 14, in west Chandler.
Kyrene Community Education's "PlayDay" is open to the public. It's set for Saturday, Dec. 14, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Kyrene Aprende Middle School, 777 North Desert Breeze Blvd. in west Chandler.
The lineup includes more than two dozen booths, activities, food trucks and musical performances from Kyrene students to keep the entire family entertained.
New this year is a Kyrene school mascot race, scheduled for 9:50 a.m.
