“Chandler continues to attract companies from a variety of industries that create diverse, quality job opportunities for our residents,” Mayor Kevin Hartke stated.
Micah Miranda, Chandler’s economic development director, stated his department’s job isn’t necessarily done when the city lands a new employer like Claim Assist Solutions.
“Our team looks forward to supporting their ramp-up and helping them integrate into the local business community,” Miranda stated.
The release states Claim Assist Solutions wanted to begin by hiring about 40 employees to launch the office starting in mid-November, with plans for as many as 400 positions over the next two to three years.
New insurance adjusters will be hired in cohorts and go through company training together.
The company’s website states it specializes in streamlining the claims process for carriers, adjusters, and policyholders. It’s aided by Claim Assist Technologies, a proprietary claims management software platform that provides rapid claims processing through enhanced visibility and real-time communication.
