Insomnia Cookies has opened a bakery in downtown Chandler along Arizona Avenue, between Chicago Street and Frye Road, on the strip that includes Pie Snob and Improv Mania.
The dessert bakery's menu includes classic and deluxe cookies, ice cream sandwiches, brownies and ice cream combinations with those items. Items are sold individually or in 12-packs or large catering packs.
The Chandler bakery is Insomnia's sixth location in Arizona, joining two in Phoenix and one each in Tempe, Tucson and Flagstaff.
The bakery hours are 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Mondays through Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 3 a.m. Thursdays and Fridays, noon to 3 a.m. Saturdays and noon to 1 a.m. Sunday.
Delivery is available, starting 15 minutes after opening each day.
