With so much talk this year about tariffs and their impacts on businesses, the city of Chandler and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce will host a free seminar on related topics.

To help prepare businesses for the changing trade landscape,  a workshop will be facilitated by global trade "experts" from Ernst & Young on Tuesday, April 22, according to a news release.

The event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, 249 E. Chicago Street, downtown Chandler. Lunch will be provided.

Attendees will have the opportunity to receive answers to some pressing questions. They will also receive valuable insights on:

  • How foreign trade zones (FTZs) can streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • How tax laws can be leveraged to enhance financial performance.
  • Practical strategies to stay ahead of competitors in the trade space.
