Though its main campus is more than 1,7000 miles from one East Valley city, there were at least four students from that city who made the honor roll at that university in the fall.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison has recognized students named to the dean’s list for the fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year. There’s four students on the list who are all from Chandler.

Asher Algoso made the dean’s list in UW-Madison’s College of Letters and Science, as did Sophia Tannehill.

Emily Mihalovich made the dean’s honor list in the university’s School of Human Ecology.

Jakob Van Gheem, a Badger in the College of Engineering, made the dean’s honor list there.
