Adam Baugh of Withey Morris Baugh is working on three Chandler infill projects, according to a news release.
Referring to the three properties as being on “difficult, empty corners,” the release states the progress is much-needed.
The northeast corner of Cooper Road and Chandler Boulevard will be the site of a new retail shopping center, next to the Chandler Paseo Trail and canal and Tibshraney Family Park. It’s set to include Cobblestone Auto Spa, Black Rock Coffee, a daycare, retail space, and Take 5 Oil.
