The firms HCW and Spike Lawrence Ventures have announced the completion and unveiling of one of the most exhaustive and visible expansions in downtown Chandler.
The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chandler project includes the addition of 68 new guest rooms, more conference space and additional hotel amenities, according to a news release.
After opening in the summer of 2020, the hotel’s expansion increases the hotel’s total room count to 177 and adds 3,200 square feet of flexible meeting and event space with pre-function areas, “service stations,” and dedicated restrooms, as well as a 2,140-square-foot outdoor event patio, the release states.
