INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA
A Congressman will be the featured speaker in an upcoming Chandler Chamber of Commerce free policy series event.
U.S. Rep. Greg Stanton will share an update about what's going on in Washington, D.C. and how it affects Chandler businesses Thursday Oct 17, 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix-Chandler, 7475 W. Chandler Blvd., near I-10.
Stanton's District 4 includes about half of Chandler as well as parts of Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale and Tempe. He's a former Phoenix mayor who usually makes a few appearances per year at Chandler Chamber events.
Stanton has had his name associated with water future, public transportation and infrastructure projects since he was first elected to Congress in 2018.
There is no charge to attend, though organizers would like attendees to register here to get an estimated head count.
