Chandler quiche and pie shop wins regional award

Quiches & Pies, having only opened last November, has already captured a regional award.

The Chandler bakery is listed among nine recently named “Best Places for Pie in the West” in a recent edition of AAA’s travel magazine, Via.

The pie shop, opened by Cuisine & Wine Bistro owners Máiréad and Fabrice Buschtetz in north Chandler, was praised for its rich fillings, French-style crusts and tasty and decadent locally sourced ingredients like goat cheese and roasted tomatoes, poached pears and almond cream.
