The city of Chandler invites residents to embrace tranquility and self-care at “Peace of Mind: A Mindfulness Experience” on Friday, March 7.

The free event is from 8:30 a .m. to 11 a.m. at SoHo63, 63 E. Boston Street, downtown Chandler, according to a news release.

The interactive event celebrates International Women’s Day, which is March 8. There will be guided mindfulness practices designed to reduce stress and promote mental clarity.

Led by mindfulness teacher and scholar Dr. Natalie Gruber, the event will include breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and resources to support overall well-being. It's open to all experience levels.

While the event focuses on women’s mental well-being and self-care, all are welcome to attend. Space is limited, and registration is required.

A light breakfast will be served. For more information and to register, visit chandleraz.gov/mindfulness.
