Quiches & Pies, a French bakery that’s an offshoot business by the owners of south Chandler French bistro Cuisine & Wine, now has a permanent home.
It’s on the southeast corner of Alma School and Ray roads in Chandler.
Chef Fabrice Buschtetz and his wife, Mairead, first launched the bakery online as part of the family business that’s expanded and contracted in Arizona for about a decade.
The pies and quiches are joined on the menu by bakery items, beef Wellington and lasagna.
The hours are 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesdays through Sundays. It’s closed on Mondays.
