The Arizona Sports & Entertainment Commission has announced that Samaya Taylor-Jenkins, a wide receiver and safety from Hamilton High School in Chandler, has been named the 2025 Arizona High School Flag Football Player of the Year.
This makes the senior a two-time recipient, having also earned the honor following the 2024 season, according to a news release.
Taylor-Jenkins finished the year ranked second in the state in receiving yards with 1,783 and tied for first in receiving touchdowns (32), while averaging 14.7 yards per catch.
